Pneumatic Grippers
AGI pneumatic grippers have a wide range of sizes, jaw styles, and gripping forces for most any industrial application. Robotic grippers range from miniature series to units that have 1500 lbs. of gripping force. The three major types of pneumatic grippers are parallel gripper, angular gripper design, and custom units such as o-ring assembly machines. These products are used in various industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Appliance, automated industrial o-ring systems, Electronic, Medical and Packaging.
Dual Motion Gripper
Automated seal and o-ring assembly made for small to large o-ring or part pick and seat applications. Spread and place seals with these dual motion automatic o-ring placement assembly machine. AGP-6-OR and the AGP-8-OR are designed to facilitate part ejection and part seating. Opening stroke is adjustable via set screw in center.

Micro Miniature Parallel Gripper
Miniature two jaw gripper is designed for very small and delicate parts. Miniature size allow for banks of grippers to be mounted next to each other for close centerlines. The AGPM units can be manifolded from the top and it also has a scavenge port.

Miniature Rugged Parallel Gripper
Small yet rugged parallel gripper. These two grippers boast S-7 jaws that ride on Armoloy TDC shafts. The AGP-187, 250 are the industry standard and supply a high grip force to weight ratio. AGI’s patented guided wedge design offers better jaw centering and repeatability. This is ideal for short stroke and high strength applications.

Ultra Light Parallel Gripper
Medium size two jaw parallel grippers supply a high grip force to weight ratio. AGP gripper is made of light weight 7075 T-6 and hard anodized two thousands thick for long life. Rigid Wide Body Parallel Gripper
AGW long stroke grippers feature a rigid wide bearing design ideal for handling large, bulky parts or when needing long rigid tooling. The jaws are supported on shafts through the full length of the body for high moment carrying capacity and sealed against chips or particles. AGW grippers are offered in eight stroke sizes from .75 inch ( 19 mm) to 6 inch (152.4 mm) These grippers offer long stoke and a rigid jaw design. They are available in synchronous or non synchronized jaw versions.

Toggle Lock Angular Grippers 2 Jaw Style
180 total degrees of angular jaw travel allowing the grippers jaws to completely retract from the work area eliminating another required axis of travel. Jaw rotations can be adjusted from -2 to 90 degrees per jaw to allow the gripper to be custom fit to each application. AGA units are offered in two jaw or three jaw design, both are fail safe toggle locking -2 degree past parallel.

Single Jaw Parallel Gripper - One Fixed Jaw Style
Compact pneumatic gripper actuator with t-slot gib design is made for use in tight spaces needing large payloads. AGPS is idea for situations where the zero position of one jaw is need. This gripper has a T-slot bearing design that is supported the length of the body to carry heavy loads. Multiple mounting surfaces allow payloads to be attached to the top rail or the endplate. AGMS slides are offered in four stroke sizes from .25 inch (6.4mm) to 2 inch (101 mm) and have .5 and .75 inch bore sizes. Stroke adjustments are standard on both sides and are sensor ready.
